By accessing our Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in them.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site

You may use our Site only for lawful personal shopping and other lawful purposes.

By using the Site or placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or that you are using the Site with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, sizing information, availability, images, and other product details.

However, product appearance may vary slightly depending on factors such as screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, or product updates.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, available size information, pricing, and other relevant details before submitting an order.

If a material product information error is identified after an order is placed, we may contact you regarding the issue and take reasonable corrective action.

4. Product Availability

Product availability may change at any time.

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory or guarantee availability.

In limited circumstances, an item may become unavailable after an order has been submitted.

If we are unable to fulfill an item or order, we may cancel the affected item or order and refund any applicable amount already collected to the original payment method.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site and during checkout.

Our primary store currency is United States Dollars (USD) unless another supported currency is displayed during checkout.

Prices may change before an order is submitted.

The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed at checkout when you submit the order, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors where permitted by applicable law.

Applicable discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total will be displayed before the order is submitted.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through Iotdate constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

After an order is submitted, you will generally receive an order confirmation email.

An order confirmation confirms that we received your order but does not prevent us from reviewing the order before fulfillment.

We may review, delay, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of circumstances such as payment authorization problems, product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, incomplete customer information, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or other legitimate operational or legal reasons.

If Iotdate cancels an order after payment has already been successfully processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Payment

Payment authorization occurs during checkout through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout.

By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment and billing information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Available payment methods may vary depending on device, location, checkout availability, and payment-provider support.

The payment methods displayed during checkout are the payment methods available for that transaction.

8. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes, when required, may be calculated based on the delivery address and applicable tax requirements.

Any tax collected by Iotdate will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Iotdate currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Orders are fulfilled from warehouse and fulfillment facilities located within the United States.

Our standard shipping terms are:

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Processing Days: Monday – Saturday
Sunday: Not a processing business day
U.S. Federal Holidays: Excluded
Order Cut-Off: 6:00 PM ET
Estimated Transit Time: 6–9 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–12 business days
Standard Shipping: Free for U.S. orders

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

10. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If you discover an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Additional shipping costs may apply if a package must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address or another customer-related delivery issue.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you would like to request a change or cancellation, please contact us at hello@iotdate.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before an order has entered processing or shipped.

Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

If an order cannot be canceled, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Returns and Refunds

Iotdate offers a 30-day return policy.

Customers may request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery.

For standard returns based on change of mind, size, color, style, personal preference, or similar customer-requested reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Iotdate will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label when applicable.

Iotdate does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

After inspection and approval, Iotdate will generally initiate the refund within 3–7 business days. The payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect orders after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@iotdate.com as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number and supporting information when available.

We may request photographs of the item, packaging, or shipping damage to help evaluate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a return, replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Iotdate may offer promotions, discounts, coupon codes, or other special offers.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, order requirements, or usage limits displayed with the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases.

We may decline or correct the improper use of a promotion where reasonably necessary.

Some Site features may allow customers to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Third-party trademarks, brand names, logos, product names, photographs, designs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.

Unless expressly stated, the appearance of third-party intellectual property on our Site does not by itself indicate sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, authorization, or affiliation between Iotdate and the applicable third-party rights holder.

Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
